Asklepion is a patient-owned health tracking platform for people living with autoimmune and chronic illness. We help patients capture the daily signals that disappear between appointments — fatigue, pain, brain fog, flares, triggers — and turn them into a record they control. Most autoimmune patients wait over four years for a diagnosis, seeing four or more doctors, while the patterns that could explain their condition go untracked and unheard. Asklepion gives them a private, structured way to build that story on their own terms.
Our model creates value at three layers simultaneously. Patients get a calmer daily record, a matched peer circle for lived-experience support, and a clinician-ready summary they choose to share. Clinicians get context they can't get from a 15-minute visit. Researchers get consented, de-identified aggregate signals from a population that has historically been hard to study and easy to dismiss. Every layer is consent-gated — patients decide what stays private, what goes to their peer group, and what can be used in aggregate. That's not just an ethical choice; it's what makes the data worth having.
