As a clinician and healthcare operations leader with more than eight years of experience across healthcare systems in Canada and Finland, I bring a practical understanding of how care is actually delivered. I currently lead a multidisciplinary primary care team, keeping me closely connected to the operational realities and workflow challenges clinicians navigate every day. I help founders identify workflow challenges early, validate operational assumptions, and design solutions that clinicians can adopt without adding unnecessary complexity.

Throughout my career, I have led operational improvements, redesigned workflows, built onboarding and training systems, and supported teams through change. Today, I advise early-stage health tech companies on clinical workflow, implementation strategy, provider adoption, and operational readiness, helping them build products that work not only in theory, but in real clinical environments.

I particularly enjoy working with founders who value clinician input early, are solving meaningful operational problems, and want to build technology that fits naturally into healthcare rather than asking healthcare to adapt to it.
